Forza Metallo in Italian means “metal force”, and hybrid sport headphones that V-moda says are military-tested to withstand the extreme. The DiamondBack™ ultra-reinforced cable is sleek, TangleFree and 20 times more durable than industry standard.

Forza Metallo features:

“It took years of precise engineering to develop this 5.8mm miniature dynamic driver size without sacrificing V-Moda’s world-class sound and quality standards,” says Val Kolton, V-Moda’s CEO. “To make the Forza lineup perfect for the active audiophile, it was critical to balance amazing sound with the ultimate ergonomics, fit and stability. The micro driver enables you to customize the product with your choice of new patent-pending ActiveFlex sport fins or spectacular 3D printed customization.”

You can cuszomize the Metallo metal earphones with a number of custom metal caps.

Forza, in Italian, means “force” indicating the ability to be tough for whatever the day throws your way. Built to withstand the elements, Forza models are versatile to be your everyday companion for every situation from commuting to the gym. Having lived with the Forza wired headphones for several weeks and using them in a variety of different contexts, we can say that the headphones are incredibly comfortable, have a superb stable fit, and are a perfect sports IEM.

True to its V-Moda roots, all Forza products are customizable via 3D Printed custom caps.

V-Moda says that the first collection of 3D caps features the Milanese designs Steam Punk, V-MODA Logo, Lion Head and more to come. If you want to add some serious bling to your V-Moda IEMs, you have lots of choices. The cap materials and pricing include platinum (starting down from $7,500), 14k gold (starting down from $2,500), gold-plated (starting down from $250) and the newly developed and affordable HD Acrylic for $40 ($20 when bought with the headphones).

“In June 2015 we merged, for the first time in consumer electronics’ history, mass customization with jewel-grade 3D printing,” says Kolton. “Now we’re bringing additive manufacturing to in-ear headphones with our first collection of 3D printed custom caps.  Not only can you remix your design, but you can optimize the design with an enhanced tailored fit.”
